If you don't want to design your own, this is pre-done and has some awesome testimonials. I found it was so effective that the backing track of rain (I guess it was meant to symbolise wealth pouring in) ended up creating me a 2 week deluge. I turned off the sound on it, and it cleared up in 2 days! PS I'm not up to $5k per day, but I also haven't used it since I landed my job and finished up the trial.
