Being such a dinosaur on web 2.0, I only started playing around with Facebook yesterday, and have (of course) rapidly become addicted. There are such cool addins I can see myself losing hours, if not days, unless I get real good at self-discipline real quick. Still, I’m having lots of fun and it’s amazing to try to reconnect with people I’ve not seen in years.
Browsing through one of my friends’ fun walls, though, I discovered something I think is going to be BIG. You heard it here first (unless you’ve already heard it somewhere else). One of the guys who was involved in What the Bleep, the movie that leaked ‘The Secret’ before it came out, posted it – Dov Baron. It’s a 6 minute video and I had the same powerful reaction in my heart to this as I did to both the Secret AND What the Bleep – it ends on such an incredibly uplifting note! Check it out:

Yup! That’s true.
Any of my IM friends also get addicted by their Add-in and games. My friend invited me to play those games as well.
I am afraid I can’t discipline myself, so I rather not touch it!
