Today I received a newsletter that reprinted a poem by the Dalai Lama. I’d like to share it with you here. Imagine what kind of day you could have with thoughts like these filling your mind!

Every day, Today I am fortunate I am alive, I am not going to waste it. I am going to use all my energies I am going to have kind thoughts towards others. I am not going to get angry, I am going to benefit others His Holiness |
