30 DMT Day 3: More relaxed, thinking clearer, made the paper

With the extra time this morning, I actually got through the full morning routine. The exercise felt good, I got a little improvement on 2 days ago, up to 6.0k and 219cal. The cal count is a ‘normal’ one, being bigger I’d be burning more but I figure it’s a good enough measure to see if I’m improving or declining in fitness. Top got drenched again. Afterwards, I showered, did my meditation then sat outside on my miniscule balcony having breakfast (fruit) and water as the sky lightened. I enjoy the feeling of nature at that time of day, when people and cars aren’t all over the place and you can relax into a sense of connection.

I’m also feeling more relaxed and calm in myself, despite again going short on sleep – it’s still hot. The sensation seems to be sinking deeper and integrating internally, instead of being at the surface level which is all I’ve achieved before: at least while I’ve been in my current work situation, anyway. As a side effect, the brain cells seem to be working a bit better than they have for a while. I’ve posted another question on Linked In about how the world is changing. My “letter to the editor” not only got into the paper, but was boxed and highlighted in the middle of the page. I’ve also got 2 more thoughts/explorations I’m working on for http://3rdmillenniummindset.com, but they’re not ready to publish yet. Maybe tomorrow or the day after.

The one thing I haven’t managed to incorporate yet is a 15m “goals” walk during the day, although I did try to do a variation while I was on the bike this morning. I’m going to be kind to myself, though, since it’s only day 3. If I’m still not doing it by day 7 I’ll look at strategies.

I also got my BWE (brainwave entrainment) track done tonight, so I’ll be testing that out as I go to sleep. I based it on a download called “Deep Mind IV” which is in the free member resource area for the software I’m using, then recorded affirmations along the lines of the goals I’m shooting for. The track should start out with the pre-recorded ‘relaxation’ script in the 3rd person, then will shift into my affirmations in 1st person. It’s 40m long, so I’ll see how much I remember of it, but that particular session warns you may fall asleep rapidly. It also says you may get a side effect of reduced sleep requirements – that would be handy at the moment! I’ll fill you in tomorrow.

Checklist: (I’m still tweaking this to include & rearrange things together)

  • Manifestation course:
    • Morning routine –> Done, 1hr 10, fitness improved.
    • Daily Awakening exercise –> Worked on yesterday’s exercise.
    • Daily Email exercise –> Read it when I got home, so will do it tomorrow.
    • 5mins of handbook –> Up to p21. Between p18 and 20, two exercises took almost half an hour to complete.
    • Daily 15m ‘goals’ walk –> Not incorporated yet. Maybe now it’s listed?
  • Watch $5k per day Subliminal Video at least once daily, preferably twice –> Once
  • Work on my Mind Movie and BWE track in week 1. –> One down, one to go.
  • Play Mind Movie, once or twice daily, once completed –> Not yet
  • Meditate for 30m daily –> Same 20m one, plus exercises below & BWE pending. Between the morning routine and the BWE at night, I think this one’s covered, so will drop it from tomorrow on.
  • Spend at least 1hr/day on my PC at home, to allow Motivator & Subliminal-Power software some time to work on me. –> Done while creating my BWE track.
  • Blog update in evening –> Doing
  • BWE track before sleep –> Starting tonight!
