30 DMT Day 18: Rebound, or what goes up must come down…

Now we’re getting a fair way through, I figure it’s probably time to put up direct links to the post that started it all, as well as the first day of it. Those will show up on all the posts from here on in, if I’ve done my work right.

Today’s post is a lot late. I’m writing it on Day 19, actually, but I’m still going to post them separately. Yesterday, after the extreme highs I got to the day before, I seemed to totally crash and burn in the opposite direction. Woke up with sweat welts that meant there was no way I could exercise, barely dragged myself out of bed to get to work, got home and just collapsed. I did very little of the routine for today, although I did manage to watch the mind movie 3 times, which did help lift the energy a bit. Nothing else seemed to penetrate the fog enough for me to actually get motivated to do it.

Of course the day was always going to be chaotic. Moving workplaces, and with a double swap of monitors because the one that the insurance company got wasn’t the one I’d been working on, so it had to get swapped with that one so I’d have the right one at the new spot. So, pack all my stuff to take up first thing, connecting with the guy taking me up there, swapping over the monitors and saying goodbye (it’s always hard, more so because these guys were so appreciative and I did love working with them, but the location and travel just made it impossible) then introducing myself to the new team in the middle of one of their busiest days and trying to get the essentials done before heading back down home to set up a temporary rig that would do me for Friday.

In a word, “mad”.

So, for completeness’ sake, here’s the checklist, but personally I don’t want to look…

  • Manifestation course – Morning routine -> Started it, stalled at exercise with sweat sores that meant bike was out, didn’t go further to do the last 2 steps either.
  • Daily Awakening OR Daily Email exercises (not going to push for both for a while) -> Nope. Reading this was meant to be the final step of the morning routine, so…
  • 5mins of handbook -> Forgot to pack it. Came home to a migraine, didn’t feel like squinting at a book at all.
  • Daily 15m ‘goals’ walk -> Nope
  • Watch $5k per day Subliminal Video at least twice, work on getting to 20m. Play Mind Movie, once or twice daily, once completed -> Mind movie three times on the bus, got a smile going at least. With the headache coming home, I didn’t even turn the PC on (this entry is being posted up the day after)
  • Spend at least 1hr/day on my PC at home, to allow Motivator & Subliminal-Power software some time to work on me. -> No, see above
  • Blog update in evening & BWE track before sleep (combining these to one entry) -> Listened to BWE but didn’t do the blog – not on the day, anyway.

  • Inspired Action: Couldn’t get as far as the inspired, let alone the action.

So, all in all not a very successful day, although one some level it must have happened for a reason – bringing the energy back to a more balanced level, maybe? I was getting very excited, after the Oprah stuff came up, but hey, it’s not every day a girl’s dearest wish looks like it could happen, is it?
